As the head director of Salon LA:B in Korea, JAEYOUNG LEE has a stellar career, topping the WELLA Trend Vision Awards in Korea, Aveda Fashionista Asia, Milbon DA Korea Grand Prix, and 2023 AHS Cut and Color.

He has been trying to grow hairdressing as an artistic field for 10 years in Korea. His philosophy of trying to see everything from a different perspective, believing that there is no right answer in the world, is expressed through his very unique and original hair work.
