In 2022 the show raised £105,000. Of this, a grant of £68,000 was made to Blood Cancer UK, £25,000 to World Child Cancer plus £12,000 to Taza Catholic Health Centre to help improve quality health services in Ethiopia.

Between 1997 and 2001, 79% of children and young people with blood cancer survived at least five years, but by 2012 to 2016, the survival rate had increased to 89%. This survival rate continues to increase with the additional funds we grant each year to childhood blood cancer research.
